This is a 200 km ride with an accumulated gradient of 6500 m, covered in 4 intense days*, from the eastern part of the Park, starting in Tourem, to Ameijoeira, Melgaço, in the western part of the Park. Along the way, you’ll cross mountains and valleys, visiting some charming mountain villages and splendid viewpoints.
*The route takes 4 days, but it is possible to adjust it to fewer days, according to your request.
Program
Day 1: Tourém – Cabril (passing through Pitões das Júnias and Paradela) – 44 kms;
Day 2: Cabril – Campo do Gerês (passing through Vila do Gerês) – 35 kms;
Day 3: Campo do Gerês – Soajo (passing through Portela do Homem) – 52 kms;
Day 4: Soajo – Ameijoeira (passing through Sr.ª da Peneda, Lamas de Mouro and Castro Laboreiro)- 65 Kms.
*The route is done in 4 days, however it is possible to do it in fewer days according to the client’s request.
